What shots can I expect to capture on board?
Our boats offer a huge variety of backdrops and shot opportunities in one location. Popular shots include the Gold Coast skyline, open water sailing shots, secluded island beaches, lifestyle scenes within boat interior, and dynamic images with the sails up while underway.
Is there a minimum sail time?
From experience, we’ve found the absolute minimum time needed for a successful shoot is 3 hours. This allows enough time to sail to multiple locations and capture a variety of shots. We can also offer extended bookings of up to 6 hours if your shoot requires more time.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
Standard photoshoot bookings start from $1,450 for 3 hours. Rates vary depending on the season, timing and specific requirements of your shoot. Please contact us for a personalised quote and availability.
what is included in my photoshoot booking?
Each photoshoot charter includes:
- Private use of the vessel
- A skipper and hostess
- Optional island stop
- High quality sound system on board connected to an iPad with Spotify Premium
- Complementary BTS photos and videos taken by your hostess - sent to you via Dropbox

We occasionally offer collaboration discounts for small businesses located in South East Queensland or Northern NSW whose brand aligns well with Sailing in Paradise. These collaborations typically involve a discounted charter rate in exchange for social media tags and access to photos or content captured during the shoot.
